How it sends, in enough detail to argue with

Most outreach tools describe their safety in adjectives. Here is the order things happen in, the limits the engine holds itself to, and the things we deliberately will not do.

The sequence

Five steps, and any of them optional

Build it once on a canvas. Every lead you add later walks the same path, and a reply pulls them out of it immediately.

Campaigns list showing sent, accepted, replied, failed and pending counts per campaign, with draft and active statuses.
  1. 1

    Like something they posted

An optional warm touch. You show up in their notifications as a person before you show up as a request.

  2. 2

    View the profile

A profile view is a normal thing a human does before connecting. It also puts you in their 'who viewed you' list.

  3. 3

    Send the invite

With or without a note, your wording, your placeholders. This is the action the daily and weekly caps govern.

  4. 4

    Say thanks once they accept

Fires only on acceptance. Someone who accepted and got nothing is a wasted connection.

  5. 5

    Wait, then follow up

You choose the gap in days. If they reply at any point the sequence stops for that person and the thread moves to your inbox.

What a Tuesday looks like

Nothing happens all at once

A scheduler wakes up every few minutes and asks which accounts are due. One account may take one action per turn, then it waits a human gap before its next one.

The queue is not the pace

You can enroll two thousand leads on a Monday. The engine still only spends the daily budget, so the list drains over weeks instead of arriving as a spike.

Waiting is not failing

Hitting a cap, sitting outside working hours or waiting on the gap all leave the campaign active and reschedule it. Only real problems, like a lead with no profile URL, are marked failed.

The week resets on Monday

Weekly counters roll over at the start of the week in UTC. If an account has spent its weekly allowance it stops inviting and picks up again when the new week opens.

The limits the engine holds

You can lower any default. The hard walls are compiled into the sending engine and sit above every setting, every plan and every support request. You will see the exact figures for your own account inside the product.

Per account, per day

A conservative daily budget for invites, with a hard ceiling above it that no setting, plan or support request can raise. Messages to people you are already connected to sit under their own separate allowance.

Per account, per week

A weekly wall as well as a daily one, set comfortably below where LinkedIn starts pushing back. Counters roll over at the start of the week in UTC, so a quiet week never lends its allowance to a busy one.

Between two actions

One action at a time per account, with a human gap before the next. Nothing is ever sent in a burst, which is why the work spreads across the day instead of arriving as a spike.

Worth knowing before you sign up

Four things this will not do

We do not write your messages for you

No generated openers. The people you are trying to reach can spot them, and one obvious template poisons the account it came from.

We do not send email

LinkedIn only. A careful LinkedIn pace means very little if the same list is also getting three cold emails a week from you.

We do not promise you will not be restricted

Nobody controls LinkedIn, so nobody can promise you that honestly. What we do control is the pace, and we publish every number of it. That part is actually ours to stand behind.

We do not sell you a bigger number

There is no plan that raises the daily ceiling. If you want volume above the platform's own line, we are the wrong tool and we would rather say so now.
