OutreachPilot ("we", "us") is a software service that helps you run careful, human-paced outreach on LinkedIn. By creating an account or using outreachpilot.io (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

OutreachPilot is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its owner.

Automating activity on LinkedIn may conflict with LinkedIn's User Agreement. The Service is designed to behave carefully — modest daily volumes, gradual warm-up, human-paced timing, and automatic pauses at warning signs — but no tool can guarantee outcomes.

• You connect LinkedIn accounts at your own risk and must own them or have the account holder's explicit permission.
• Any restriction, limitation, or suspension LinkedIn places on your account is between you and LinkedIn. We are not liable for it.
• We may pause or limit sending on your accounts to protect them.

• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory messaging.
• No spam: keep volumes reasonable and honour requests to stop contacting someone.
• You must have a lawful basis to contact the prospects you import and must comply with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you.
• No reselling, reverse engineering, scraping of the Service, or sharing one subscription across people or organizations without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• New organizations get a 7-day free trial with one LinkedIn account seat. No payment details are required to start.
• When the trial ends without a subscription, sending pauses and the app becomes read-only. Your data is kept and remains exportable.
• Pricing is per connected LinkedIn account per month, as shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are currently activated for you by our team after you submit a purchase request.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Promotional locked pricing (such as the Lifetime Deal), where granted, stays locked for as long as the subscription remains active.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal.

Your campaigns, prospects, and conversations belong to you. You can export your data at any time and request deletion when you leave. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or actions taken by LinkedIn against your accounts.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
