Refund policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. The free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the complete product. A card is required to begin it, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically when the trial does, and we email you before that happens.
2. Money-back guarantee
- Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.
- One email, full refund. No forms, no hoops, no retention script.
3. Renewals
- You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable, but if you forgot to cancel, email us within 72 hours of the charge and, provided the new period hasn't seen meaningful use, we'll refund it.
- We don't prorate partial months after a mid-cycle cancellation.
4. Outages and problems on our side
If a fault on our side keeps the Service down or unable to send for an extended period, we'll credit or refund the affected time. Just tell us what happened.
5. LinkedIn restrictions
Restrictions LinkedIn places on your account are outside our control and aren't automatic grounds for a refund, but tell us what happened and we'll review it case by case. We'd rather keep you as a happy customer than win an argument.
6. How to request a refund
Email founder@outreachpilot.io from your account email with a line about why. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
