Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. The short version
- We collect only what the product needs to work.
- We never sell your data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
- Your campaign and conversation data belongs to you — export it anytime.
- Email us and we'll correct or delete your data.
2. What we collect
- Account details — name, email, and phone number if you provide it (for example on a purchase request).
- Connected LinkedIn account data — profile name, photo, connection status, and the conversations and messages needed to run your campaigns and show your inbox.
- Prospect data you import — names, titles, companies, and profile links of the people you choose to contact. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Usage and log data — actions the sending engine takes, errors, and basic device/browser information, used for reliability and support.
3. How we use it
- To run your campaigns, deliver your inbox, and show analytics.
- To keep accounts healthy (pacing, limits, automatic pauses).
- To bill you and respond to support requests.
- To send essential service emails (receipts, trial and account notices).
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. No marketing spam.
4. Where it lives and who touches it
Data is stored with vetted cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, database, LinkedIn connectivity, and email delivery) under their security safeguards. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and access inside the product is restricted per organization — your workspace's data is not visible to other customers.
5. Retention and deletion
- We keep your data while your account is active.
- Disconnect a LinkedIn account and we stop syncing it.
- Close your account (or email us) and we delete your organization's data within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — just email us. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the GDPR), we'll honour those requests within the required timelines.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies — keeping you signed in and remembering basic preferences. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we'll tell you by email or in the app. Questions or requests: founder@outreachpilot.io.
